I collaborated with a global camping equipment brand, tasked with creating a logo for packaging and products. The goal was to create a fresh new logo that sparks excitement and embodies the thrill of adventures in every client that stumbles the brand.

Drawing upon insights gathered from competitor research, I developed multiple design concepts, each emphasizing the connection to nature, to camping culture, and keeping the feeling of a valuable and affordable brand.

First, I came up with three initial sketches:

A logo based on an illustration (not yet fully developed) of a tent and camping' elements with a background of a sunrise/sunset - connected to nature. Integrated with the brand's name.

Utilizing the 4 letters of the brand's name, akin to the letters found on a compass. Additionally, a complete circular sensation that envelops the customer in all aspects related to the field. It can serve both as an independent symbol and in conjunction with the full name.

A version that utilizes the letter 'A,' resembling a tent, where the symbol itself can serve as an independent logo. The complete logo is also arranged in a shape reminiscent of a tent."

After presenting the logo versions to the client, I refined the design and arrived at the final version, merging elements from both v3 and v1. I retained the triangle shape with an illustration, complemented by a brushed font for a natural, earthy feeling.

The overall brand palette is inspired by nature and outdoor elements, featuring warm, grounding, and earthy brown tones, along with ambient sunset orange and refreshing green. The palette is curated to evoke a sense of closeness to nature, inviting the client to connect with the brand simply by looking at its signs.
